This end grain block was too big to fit through my thicknesser so I made it in two pieces and glued them together to form one block 580mm x 580mm and 65mm thick. It will make a stunning Chopping Board 

This is the final of 3 stages of sanding. Firstly rough sanding with a  belt sander 40 grit. Secondly through my twin drum sander 100 grit. Thirdly with the orbital sander 180 grit. The sanding process takes about 4 hours for this size chopping board

Here is the finished chopping board. Coated in my own recipie of food safe Board Conditioner made from natural oils and wax.

Here we see the start of the bones and skin of this hen house. 12mm thick plywood and 50x50 treated pine framing are used

Here we see the roof framing and corrugated roof being installed. The same grade roofing used in residential housing is used

And here we see the finished hen house complete with nest boxes and optional guttering. All ready for the chooks now.
