Our playhouses contain no toxic timber, apart from the runners. H3.2 timber contains copper and arsenic, which we don’t use,  as we feel that it is a product that shouldn’t be used with children in mind.

We use LOSP which is a light, organic, solvent preservative so therefore safer. NZ Oregon is a naturally durable product.
We do recommend that it should be sealed with a clear sealer, to avoid greying off.

• Floor is made with BD LOSP 12mm plywood

• 3 top hung opening windows with perspex and stays.
  
  
• Cute front stable door with latches and knobs
  
  
• Can be stained with one coat of stain for $100.

What you see is exactly what your playhouse will look like, (apart from the stain) - there are no extras that you need to purchase on top.

This item is available in kitset. We can deliver in kitset form and assemble in the Christchurch/North Canterbury area for $250. Can perhaps be further afield in the South Island - please enquire for price.

Kitset form is also available in other parts of the South Island and the North Island which requires the purchaser to assemble it themselves. Please enquire for pricing.

Due to demand for Christmas order early so your little ones aren't disappointed! It can take up to 7 -10 days for a playhouse to be made.

We offer a layby service. 50% deposit and the remaining 50% over 4wks. This option is very handy for Christmas but please be aware that there aren't many days left until Santa comes!
